Grade 3 Science Curriculum:

The Grade 3 Science Curriculum includes the following topics:

  • Plant & Animal Life Cycles

  • Forces of Motion, Magnets, & Static Electricity

  • Weather & Climate

In Science, your child will read non-fiction materials and learn to use non-fiction text features, as well as further their understanding of knowledge on the noted concepts!  Students also get to participate in many hands on activities and will even bring home step-by-step directions for “experiments” that have been demonstrated at school, but can also be done at home!
